公立医院国有资产管理存在的问题及对策研究

Problems and corresponding solution research in state-owned assets management of public hospitals

近年来,公立医院在国有资产管理方面出现不少问题,不仅给公立医院造成经济损失、给医疗服务活动带来不利影响,而且暴露了目前公立医院管理不规范以及国有资产监管不力的现状。文章对公立医院国有资产管理存在的问题进行了分析,并对解决这一问题提出了建议和应对措施。

In recent years, many problems are found in state--owned assets management of public hospitals. It brings economic loss to public hospital and bad effects on medical service, and it also reveals the problems of non-- standard management and poor supervision of public assets in public hospitals. This paper analyzes the existing problems in state--owned assets management of public hospitals and also put forward some suggestions.
