上皮性钙黏附蛋白及弹力纤维在乳腺癌中表达及临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨上皮性钙黏附蛋白(E-cadherin,E-cad)与弹力纤维(elastic fiber,EF)在乳腺癌中的表达及意义。方法:用S-P免疫组化法及Weighert染色检测E-cad及EF在20例正常乳腺组织、30例乳腺良性肿瘤及150例乳腺癌中表达情况。结果:正常乳腺组织及乳腺良性肿瘤中E-cad高表达率明显高于乳腺癌,淋巴结转移数越多,E-cad高表达率呈减弱的趋势;随着淋巴结转移数越多,病理分级越高,EF明显增多,统计学有显著差异(p<0.01)。在乳腺癌中E-cad和EF的表达呈负相关。结论:E-cad和EF与乳腺癌淋巴结转移及预后密切相关,可作为判断乳腺癌转移潜能的及预后的有力参考指标。 OBJECTIVE : The purpose is to investigate the expression and significance of E - cadherin (E - cad) and elastic fiber (EF) in breast cancer. METHOD : Immunohistechemical S - P method and Weighert staining were used to detect E - cad and in 20 cases of normal breast tissues, 30 cases of benign breast tumors and 150 cases of breast cancer. RESULTS : Higher expression of E - cad was detected in normal breast tissues and benign breast tumors than that in breast cancer. With increasing of metastasis of lymph nodes, E - cad expression decreased ( p 〈 0. 01 ) . With increasing of metastasis of lymph nodes and tumor grading , EF expression increased. There was negative correlation between expression of E - cad and EF in breast cancer. CONCLUSION : The results suggest that expression of E - cad and EF are closely related to lymphatic metastasis and prognosis. It is a good indicator for assessing lymphatic metastasis and prognosis in the breast carcinoma.
