机采血小板的临床应用及输注效果分析

THE ANALYSIS OF UTILIZATION AND EFFECTIVENESS OF MACHINE-GATHERED BLOOD PLATELET IN CLINIC

目的:推动我市成分输血的开展,推广机采血小板的应用及提高血小板输注效果。方法:应用CS-3000PLUS血细胞分离机采集血小板,统计近四年机采血小板的临床应用情况,对107名接受机采血小板输注的各类患者进行效果观察。结果:机采血小板临床用量逐年上升,主要用于预防性输注,其次为治疗性输注;输注有效率高,首次输注有效率达93.33%,平均有效率为82.22%,且随着输注次数的增加,输注有效率呈下降趋势。结论:机采血小板输注是预防或治疗各种患者因血小板减少或血小板功能异常引起出血的有效措施,建议严格掌握输注指征,避免滥用。

OBJECTIVE： In order to development constituent blood transfusion in JiuJiang city , extend the utilization of machine - gathered blood platelet in clinic and improve effectiveness of platelet transfusion. METHODS ： Use CS - 3000PLUS blood cell abstraction machine to gather blood platelet, collect the data of utilization of machine - gathered blood platelet in clinic, and observe the therapeutic effect of patient who accept platelet transfusion with machine - gathered blood platelet. RESULTS ： The clinic utilization of machine- gathered blood platelet rises year by year, which mainly uses in preventive infusion, next is remedial infusion. Infusion effectiveness is high, which reaches 93.33% for the first time and the average effectiveness is 82.22%. It presents the downward trend with the increase of infusion frequency. CONCLUSIONS ： Platelet transfusion with machine - gathered blood platelet is an effective action to prevent or treat hemorrhage which arises from the decrease or disfunction of blood platelet. It suggests that we should grasp the indication of infusion strictly and avoid abusing.
