摘要
目的观察高压氧治疗对大鼠脑梗死治疗后尼氏小体的影响,探讨高压氧治疗脑梗死的机制。方法对72只大鼠采用大脑中动脉栓塞的办法制备脑梗死模型,随机分为高压氧组和对照组,然后在梗塞后6h、48h、7d、14d观察皮层神经元尼氏小体染色、尼氏小体的变化并且进行定量分析。结果高压氧治疗组尼氏小体的数目明显高于对照组。结论高压氧治疗对脑缺血急性期的神经细胞有保护作用。
Objective To observe the hyperbaric oxygen treatment on cortrical neuron Nissl's body in experimental rat cerebral infarction and to discuss the mechanism. Methods The model of cerebral infarction was constructed with middle cerebral artery ocllusion. Seventy-two SD rats were randomly divided into the hyperbaric oxygen treatment group and the control group. The staining and changes of Nissl's body were investigated at 6h,48h, 7d, 14d after infarction and the quantitative analysis was performed. Results Numbers of Nissl's body in hyperbaric oxygen treatment group were obviously higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen treatment can give protection to neurocyte in acute stage of cerebral ischemia.
