Clinical diagnosis and therapy of acute cerebral infarction:an analysis of 56 cases

目的分析指南推荐在急性期脑梗死的诊断、治疗和预防运用情况。方法回顾性分析56例急性期脑梗死患者的诊断、治疗及1级和2级预防临床实践,讨论指南推荐运用的正确性、不足及其原因。结果部分重要的脑梗死诊断方法尚未广泛运用,一些治疗指南推荐未得到正确和有效运用,脑梗死1级和2级预防在部分患者未实现。结论部分指南推荐得到了较好的运用,但一些重要的指南推荐没有得到正确运用或运用不足。

Objective To analyze the clinical practice of the guidelines recommended to diagnose,treat and prevent the acute cerebral infarction. Methods To retrospectively analyze the diagnosis, therapy, primary and secondary prevention of 56 cases of acute cerebral infarction. To discuss the validity,deficiency and the cause of the guidelines recommended in the clinical practice. Results Part of important diagnostic techniques were not used broadly, some guidelines recommended were not practised rightly and effectu- ally, the primary and secondary prevention of stroke were not realized on some patients. Conclusion Only part of guidelines recommeded were practised preferably,some important guidelines recommeded were not practised rightly or sufficiently.
