摘要
本文由"赫斯伯格矛盾"出发,追寻高等教育系统保守性与变革性存在的合理性,并从高等教育组织的保守性与变革性的对立统一中,总结高等教育系统的生存法则,即在坚持学术传统的同时与时俱进。
This article started from Hesburgh＇s Contradiction, searched the rationality of the two characters of higher education system-conservative and revolutionary. And after analyzed their opposition and unification, summarized the existent law of higher education system-Marching With The Time while retaining its academical tradition.
