摘要
高校图书馆员工业绩考核是图书馆管理工作的重要组成部分,对图书馆的发展起着至关重要的作用。本文在分析高校图书馆员工业绩考核的重要性、可能性及目前高校图书馆业绩考核所存在问题的基础上,重点探讨了高校图书馆员工业绩考核体系建立的原则、基本内容及实施办法。最后,指明了进行业绩考核时应该注意的问题。
It is an important part of the management of library in colleges and universities to appraise the performance of library staff in colleges and universities. Moreover, it is also vital to the development of library in colleges and universities. Based on the analysis of the importance, possibility and problems of the performance appraisal of library staff in colleges and universities, this paper mainly discusses the principles, contents and implementing methods of the library staff performance appraisal system. It also points out the problems that should be considered in carrying out the system.
