类脾阴虚证大鼠病理模型的初步研究

The Studies of the Pathological Model of Spleen Yin Deficiency

为探讨脾阴虚证大鼠病理模型的造型方法，并对这种模型进行初步观察分析，每d给SD大鼠胃饲番泻叶0．8g、甲状腺片80mg，造成类脾阴虚证病理模型，观察造型前后各阶段实验动物活动状况、大便性状等有关指标。结果：该模型既出现了稀烂便、食少、腹胀、体重下降等牌虚运化失司症状，又有饮水量增加、燥动不安等阴虚内热病机的外在表现。有别于脾阳虚对照组、结果提示，番泻叶、甲状腺片合用是建立牌阴虚证病理模型的有效方法之一。

AIM:Consider the method of making pathological model of spleen Yin deficiency by using SD rats and preliminanly observe this model. Methods: Folium Sennae. 0. 8 g and Tabellae Thyroidei 80 mg were given by stomachraise for every rat each day to establish the pathological model of spleen Yin deficiency. Observe the action of the rats in anterior phase and posterior phase to making model Ythe character of stool,the level of water and forage,and so on. Results:This model not only appears the symptoms of spleen deficiency leading to disorder of spleen,poor appetite,destention of the abdomen,losing in weight and so forth,but also has appearance of pathogenesis of Yin deficiency leading to endogenous heat,increment in drinking water,nervousness and restlessness. All those are different from the contrast group of spleen Yang deficiencys Conclusions: The method of applying folium sennae and tabellae thyroidei is one of effective methods to establish pathological model of spleen yin deficiency.
