介绍了瓦斯抽放钻机动力头液压卡盘的原理和传动齿轮系的设计;采用直接比较-比例方法来处理有约束遗传算法问题,并以体积最小为目标函数对动力头的传动齿轮系进行了优化,有效地减小了动力头的体积。
The principle of hydraulic chuck and the design of transmission gear train of driving head of the drilling rig for gas drainage under suction is introduced. The direct comparison - proportional method is used to solve the problem of genetic algorithm with constraints, and optimization is also used to minimize the volume of the transmission gear train of the driving head, which can reduce volume effectively.
