摘要
分析了某公司机加工车间物流现状。运用设施规划和物流分析中的SLP原理,对生产车间的设备布局及周转器具进行重新规划和设计,使车间做到物流顺畅、运输路线最短、缩短生产周期和降低生产成本。
Analyzing the existing logistics problem of workshop in XX CO., Ltd.. Make use of the facilities programming and principle of SLP within the logistics analysises, to produce the equipments of the spot layout and turnover the tool to carry on the rule and design afresh, make the workshop attain the logistics smooth, transport the route the most short, shorten to produce the period and lower the factor cost.
