摘要
采用单因素试验方法,研究硬质合金刀具高速铣削铝合金材料时切削参数对加工表面粗糙度的影响。通过试验,得到了切削速度、进给量和切削深度对表面粗糙度的影响规律,并分析原因,为指导企业生产提供了一定的试验依据。
The influences of cutting parameters with cemented carbide cutters on aluminum alloy workpieces surface roughness are researched through single factor experiments, which are obtained on high speed milling. The laws of surface roughness by changing cutting speed, feed rate, cutting depth, and the reasons are analyzed. These provided experimental bases for enterprises.
