摘要
以破煤理论为基础,通过对影响截齿载荷的各项因素进行的理论分析,建立了连续采煤机滚筒载荷的数学模型,并利用计算机模拟的方法,对连续采煤机的截割过程进行模拟,得到了滚筒的载荷特征,为连续采煤机的动态设计及优化设计提供了必要的手段。
On the basis of cutting coal theory and analyzing kinds of factors of affecting the load, the mathematical models of the drum load are found. The process of cutting are simulated by means of computer program, and the features of loads on the drums of continuous miner are obtained. A essential method for dynamic design and optimal design of continuous miner was provided.
