摘要
文章分析了英汉语言及英汉文化的差异,提出了英语新闻标题翻译的方法,如:直译或半直译,重新组合打乱的信息,添加注释性词语,再现原文修辞方法,填补修辞差异等等,使译文更加简洁、准确和生动。
Based on characteristics of language and culture between English and Chinese, the writer proposes techniques in translating headlines of English news, such as literal and semi-literal translating, information restructuring, complementary translating, reconstructing source rhetorical devices and bridging the rhetorical gaps. Therefore, the translation could be more concise, exact and vivid.
