摘要
目的 :探讨中华按蚊自然状态下的动态变化。方法 :于 1994 - 1995年间在郑州地区 ,对中华按蚊自然种群第 5、6、7、8世代的生命表进行了研究。结果 :共建立了 8个生命表 ,从中可以看出 :进入雨季后 ,死亡关键因素 K值中 ,K5最高 ,K9次之。用 Varley的图解分析法和 Podoler的回归分析法进行了关键因素分析。根据 1995年的生命表资料绘制了当年 5— 8代的存活曲线。种群趋势指数 值均大于 1,第 5代的 值最高。结论 :中华按蚊自然种群死亡的第 1关键因素是大暴雨引起 1- 2龄幼虫的死亡 ,第 2关键因素是捕食引起 3- 4龄幼虫的死亡。最高死亡率出现在 1-2龄幼虫阶段 ,存活曲线均属于 Slobodkin 型。在郑州地区 6、7、8月内 ,中华按蚊自然种群数量均是增加的 ,第 5代增加的最高 ( =34 .4 584 )。
AIM:To observe the dynamic changes of Anopheles sinensis under natural condition. METHODS:By means of the life table,the5 th,6 th,7th and8th generation of the Anophe- les sinensis natural population in Zhengzhou region was studied from 1 994to 1 995 .RE- SUL TS:.According to the life tables established we can see that during rainy seasons,K5 was the highest among all of the K- values,followed by K9.Key factor analysis was con- ducted by using Varley's diagram and Podoler's regression method,respectively.The survial curves of5 - 8generations were plotted in terms of the life table data in1 995 .The population tendency indices(I) of all life tables were greater than 1 and the I- value of the 5 th genera- tion was the highest.CONCLUSION:The first key factor of the natural population of An. sinensiswas the death of the1 - 2 instar larvae caused by the heavy storm and the second was the predatory death of the3- 4 instar larvae.The highest mortality occurred at the stage of 1 - 2 instar larvae.The type of survival curves belonged to Slobodkin .The results showed that the number of the natural population of An.sinensisin Zhengzhou region increased dur- ing the June,July and August,the increase in the number of the5 th generation ( = 34.45 84) being the highest.
