肥大细胞直接计数在部分乳腺疾病中表达的意义

Direct Cytometry of the Mast Cells in the Expression of Mastopathy

目的应用肥大细胞(MC)直接计数,探讨其在乳腺增生症与浸润性导管癌中的数量水平及其表达意义。方法用肥大细胞和胶原纤维组合染色法,对该2类疾病患者的病理组织标本进行制片染色,直接计数MC数量。结果乳腺增生症与浸润性导管癌患者MC数量差异有统计学意义(t=12.01,P<0.01);而其中78例浸润性导管癌中的硬癌、单纯癌、髓样癌患者的MC数量差异亦有统计学意义(F=5.66,P<0.01)。结论MC在乳腺增生症和浸润性导管癌组织中的数量水平,能作为该类疾病早期诊断及远期预后判断的一项较有价值的数量指标。

[ Objective] To explore the quantitative level and expression significance of mast cell in cyclomastopathy and invasive ductal carcinoma with direct cytometry. [ Methods] Staining method combining mast cells with collagen fibers was applied to stain the pathological specimens of these two diseases and count the quantity of mast cells. [ Results ] The quantitative difference of the mast cells was proved to have statistical significance between the two types of diseases （ P 〈0.01） ; the quantitative difference was also significant among the 78 cases of scirrhous carcinoma, carcinoma simplex and medullary carcinoma （ P 〈0.01）. [ Conclusion] The quantity of mast cells in the tissues of cyclomastopathy and invasive ductal carcinoma could be a valuable index for the diagnosis and long-term prognosis for these diseases.
