帕金森病患者抑郁情绪的心理干预

Psychotherapy for the Depression among Parkinson Patients

目的探讨心理治疗对帕金森病(PD)患者抑郁情绪的干预效果及其对生活质量的影响。方法将86例PD患者随机分为心理治疗组和对照组,评定并比较2组抑郁自评量表(SDS)、SF-36生活质量得分及其临床疗效。结果心理治疗组SDS评分显著低于对照组,其临床疗效评定显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。生活质量除生理功能外,其他指标心理治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论心理治疗能显著降低PD患者抑郁情绪的严重程度,并可提高临床疗效、躯体功能及生活质量。

[ Objective] To explore the effect of psychotherapy on the interference of depression among Parkinson patients and their life quality. [ Methods] 86 Parkinson patients were randomly divided into two groups, namely, the psychotherapy group and the control; the scores of SDS and SF36 life quality questionnaires and the clinical efficacy were evaluated between the two groups. [ Results] The SDS scores of the psychotherapy group were significantly lower than that of the control, while the clinical efficacy were significantly better than that of the control （ P 〈 0.05） ; the SF-36 life quality scores of the psyehotherapy group were significantly higher than that of the control except for the physiological function （ P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion] Psychotherapy could obviously decrease the degree of depression and improves the clinical efficacy, physical function and life quality of Parkinson patients.
