三峡外迁移民青年社区适应现状探析——基于江苏省大丰市移民安置点的考察

A Study on the Youth Community Adaptability of Three-gorge Immigrants——A survey on the arrangement of immigrants in Dafeng City,Jiangsu Province

三峡外迁移民青年是一个特殊的弱势群体,在陌生的安置地他们面临着全方位的调适、转变。具体来讲,在社区环境、人际关系、风俗习惯上面调整相对顺当一些,但在生产劳动方式的适应上面还存在一些障碍。由此移民安置工作过程中,我们千万不能忽视移民青年的社区适应问题。

Young immigrants from the three-gorge area are a special group in marginal and interior posmon. They face the problems of all-direction adjustment and changes in the unfamiliar background. Specifically, they are relatively easy to adjust to the change of community environment, social relationship, customs and habits, but they confront some obstacles in labor method. So we should not neglect the social adaptation of the young immigrants in the work of their resettlement.
