东部与中部省际边境地区经济发展初探

On Economic Development in the Border Areas of the East and Central Provinces

省际边境地区经济发展缓慢主要是由:自然地理因素、体制因素、交通因素造成的。分析发现,以省会城市为中心,其经济发展水平呈现随距离递减的规律,即距离省会城市越远其经济发展水平越低。因此,应牢固树立起科学发展观,努力实现区域经济一体化,促进区域之间协调发展,加快东部与中部省际边境地区的经济发展。

Reasons of the slow economic development in the provincial border areas include： natural geographical factors, systematic reasons, and transportation elements. Through analyses, we find that provincial economy develops from its capital and decline to the border areas. Therefore, we should have scientific development view, realize the regional economic integration, promote the regional harmonious development, and accelerate the economic development of the border areas of the East and Central provinces.
