新农村建设中农民面临的主要问题及对策

Main Problems Faced with Farmers and Their Countermeasures under the Construction of New Village

农民作为新农村建设的主体,理应在新农村建设中发挥主力军作用,然而我国农民的文化素质、职业技能素质和管理素质与新农村建设的需要存在着较大的差距。为此,加强农村基础文化教育、大力发展农村职业教育、强化农民的主体意识、培养和造就新农村建设所需要的新型农民势在必行。

Farmers, as the subject of the construction of new village, should have played the major role. However, because there is a big gap from the need of the construction to their cultural quality, professional skills and management, we need urgently to strengthen basic cultural education in villages, vigorously develop vocational education, enhance their subject awareness, and cultivate new farmers needed in the construction.
