Procuratorial Organs Positioning is one of the central content in Procuratorial system. While the Procuratorial system cross-strait has experienced different developing process, the Procuratorial Organs crossstrait are faced with some similar problems in reform. So comparing the positioning of the two Procuratorial organs can help reveal their differences and connections in reform, and has positive effect in interchanging their reform experiences.
