摘要
师德是教师的职业道德,它是教师的道德意识、道德关系和道德活动的总和,是教师素质的核心部分。全面实现教育的社会功能,其核心是注重培养学生的创新精神和实践能力,这就要求我们必须把教师的思想政治素质放在首位,以师德教育为突破口带动教师队伍整体素质的提高,以良好的教风,促进良好的学风,培养出德智体全面发展的有用人才。
Teachers' morality is their professional morality, the combination of their moral consciousness, relationship and activities, and the core of their quality. The core of the full realization of the social function of education is to cultivate the students with innovative spirit and practical capability, which demands we place teachers' thought and political quality at first, and improve teachers full quality by taking teachers' moral education as a breakthrough, promote students' study through good teaching style, and cultivate comprehensively developed intellectuals.
