建立创业型大学:印度的回应 被引量：8

摘要 伴随着高等教育全球化、自由化和私有化的发展，传统大学的崇高地位和声望不再稳如泰山，不再是“象牙塔”，不再能绝对居于精英地位并享有国家的保护和支持。它们不得不和其它社会机构一起竞争公共资金，像企业一样寻求多种资金来源；并且，它们的任务不再仅仅是培养有批判精神的人和能干的领导者，还得为21世纪的知识经济和技术经济培养人力资源。
