On 20th September,Zhao Xinxian,who was once godfather of 999 Group was released after a year and ten months of imprisonment for'power abuse crime of state-owned enterprise staff.He,with recently regained freedom,bade farewell to his past glory in silence.But his quietness cannot appease the strong repercussion stirred up by his painful experience which many a leaders in similar situation take as analogous of themselves. Zhao Xinxian was not the only victim fallen in a succession of tragic events for inappropriate power usage.Many bosses of state-owned business either unwittingly linger upon the brink of positional power abuse or are in a loss as to distinguish crime from non-crime though they come to realize the problem. Power abuse,unusually committed unconsciously,has no bearing on greed.Instead,it takes deep roots in human weakness and system loophole where its danger lies in disguise.
