二尖瓣直视手术中持续使用前列腺素E1对胆碱脂酶的影响

Effect of Prostaglandin E 1 on Cholinesterase After Mitral Valve Replacement

目的：研究二尖瓣替换术中前列腺素Ｅ１对肝脏功能是否有保护作用。方法：本组４４例患者，均为二尖瓣病变，且术前肝功能有不同程度的障碍，其中２２例为对照组（术前、术中未用前列腺素Ｅ１），２２例为实验组（术中使用前列腺素Ｅ１２０ｎｇｋｇ－１／ｍｉｎ）。结果：术后１～２周内，对照组胆碱脂酶明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０５），实验组胆碱脂酶没有明显的变化（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论：术前肝功能有障碍的患者，二尖瓣替换术手术时使用前列腺素Ｅ１，可以保护肝脏功能。

Objective:To study the possible protective effect of prostaglandin E 1(PGE 1)on liver function in mitral valve replacement. Methods:Forty four patients with preoperative hepatic dysfunction underwent mitral valve replacement(MVR).22 of them received PGE 1(PGE 1 20 ng·kg -1 /min)as the experimental group,the other 22 as control. Results:In 1—2 weeks after MVR,there was an apparent difference in serum CHE between the two groups( p <0 05).The CHE had no change in experimental group as compared to preoperation( p >0 05),but it was significantly decreased in the control group( p <0 05). Conclusion:The fact that PGE 1 prevented the decrease of serum CHE during MVR in patients with hepatic dysfunction suggests it might protect the liver function.
