二尖瓣直视手术中持续使用前列腺素E1对胆碱脂酶的影响

摘要 目的:研究二尖瓣替换术中前列腺素E1对肝脏功能是否有保护作用。方法:本组44例患者,均为二尖瓣病变,且术前肝功能有不同程度的障碍,其中22例为对照组(术前、术中未用前列腺素E1),22例为实验组(术中使用前列腺素E120ngkg-1/min)。结果:术后1~2周内,对照组胆碱脂酶明显下降(P<0.05),实验组胆碱脂酶没有明显的变化(P>0.05)。结论:术前肝功能有障碍的患者,二尖瓣替换术手术时使用前列腺素E1,可以保护肝脏功能。 Objective:To study the possible protective effect of prostaglandin E 1(PGE 1)on liver function in mitral valve replacement. Methods:Forty four patients with preoperative hepatic dysfunction underwent mitral valve replacement(MVR).22 of them received PGE 1(PGE 1 20 ng·kg -1 /min)as the experimental group,the other 22 as control. Results:In 1—2 weeks after MVR,there was an apparent difference in serum CHE between the two groups( p <0 05).The CHE had no change in experimental group as compared to preoperation( p >0 05),but it was significantly decreased in the control group( p <0 05). Conclusion:The fact that PGE 1 prevented the decrease of serum CHE during MVR in patients with hepatic dysfunction suggests it might protect the liver function.
