摘要
目的:探讨超声检查对小儿隐睾的诊断价值。方法:应用腹部彩色超声仪对53例隐睾患儿进行超声检查。结果:53例患儿共65个隐睾,均经手术证实,超声检出63个,检出率96.9%。按隐睾部位分为腹股沟型(52个)、阴囊根部型(5个)及腹腔型(8个)。结论:小儿隐睾手术前的超声诊断和定位对于制定手术方案和节省手术时间。
Objective： To evaluate the value of ultrasonic diagnosis cryptorchidism in children. Methods： 53 cases of children with crytorchidism were examined by two-dimensinal ultrasonography. Results： 53 cases and 65 cryptorchidism were confirmed by operations, of which 63 cryptorchidism were diagnosed accurately by ultrasound, the diagnostic rate is 96.9%. 52 of cryptorchidism were in inguinal tube, 8 were within abdomen and 5 were in scrotum. Conclusion： Ultrasonographic method can be used to diagnose and locate the cryptorchidism prior to operation and insure the success and time saving for operation.
