摘要 本文研究了温度、pH值以及碳源、氮源对水稻稻曲病菌菌丝生长的影响。结果表明:该病菌在20℃-37℃都可生长,最适生长温度为28℃,25d后测得其菌落直径最大,低温和高温均抑制菌丝生长。在pH5-9范围的Pk培养基上均能生长,最适pH值为5-7。蔗糖作碳源时,该病菌在Pk平板上生长最快,菌落直径达到3.65 cm,其余按菌落直径按大小依次为麦芽糖、葡萄糖、淀粉。氮源以硝酸钙对菌株生长的促进作用最为明显,20d后测得其菌落直径为3.17 cm,以醋酸氨为氮源的培养基其菌落直径为1.92 cm,不利于菌丝生长。 The effects of temperature, pH, carbon and nitrogen sources on the mycelium growth , of Ustilaginoidea virens (Cooke) Tak. , the pathogenic fungus causing rice false smut in Anhui, were studied. The results showed that for the mycelial growth of Ustilaginoidea virens., the range of temperature was between 20℃ to 37℃, the optimum being 28℃ ,after 25 days its colony diameter to be biggest Low - temperature and high temperature Inhibited mycelium growth, and the range of pH was 5 - 9, the optimum being 5 - 7. Sucrose was the best carbon source for the mycelium growth of the fungus, after 20d obtains its colony diameter is 3.65cm. By remaining on the colony size of the order for maltose, glucose and starch. Among the tested nitrogen sources, Ca(No3) 2 was the best, after 20d obtains its colony diameter is 3.17cm , NH4AC as nitrogen source to the medium for its colony diameter 1.92 cm, to the detriment of mycelial growth.
