村委会选举作为村民自治的核心和基础,对中国的民主政治建设产生了积极而深远的影响,然而实践中仍存在着种种问题。观察普洱市思茅区第三届村委会换届选举,政府介入、精英动员、利益主导是解读选举的重要视角。

The election of villagers＇ committees as the villagers＇ autonomous core and base have brought positive and farreaching influence to Chinese democratic politics establishment, however, there are some problems in practice. This article discusses the keys and issues in election of villagers＇ committees based on the third regular election of villagers＇ committees in Simao district of Puer City.
