摘要
为了准确反映运输方式的时效性,提供各种运输方式优势比较分析的手段,提出了出行速度的概念,从运输需求行为角度出发,分析了出行时间构成,以运输方式经济性约束为条件,进行了车次间隔时间的计算,构建了运输方式出行速度计量模型。研究结果表明:运输方式时效性评价应该以出行速度为基本指标,出行速度受运输方式经济性约束,是动态变化的;在某一运输通道中,确定出行速度的关键是车次间隔时间,车次间隔时间越长,运输工具的运行时间节约所能弥补的车次等候时间就越小,运输方式出行速度就越低。
In order to reflect accurately the time effect of transportation mode and provide more superior analysis method for each kind of transportation mode, trip speed concept was raised, the constitution of trip time was analyzed from transportation demand, the time interval of vehicle was calculated under economic restraint condition, and a trip speed measurement model of transportation mode was constructed. Analysis result shows that trip speed is a basic index to evaluate the time effect of transportation mode, and trip speed varies dynamically because of economic restriction; in some transport corridor, the key to determine trip speed is the time interval of vehicle, the longer the time is, the smaller the difference between the waiting time saving and transportation time of vehicle, and the lower trip speed is. 11 refs.
