Promote Organ-Transplantation-Related Technology to Protect the Legal Rights of Patients and Organ Donors

国务院通过的《人体器官移植条例》,规定了器官捐献和移植的自愿原则、无偿原则、知情同意原则以及公平、公正、公开原则等,严格执行这些原则,既可促进器官移植技术的发展,又可保护病人及器官捐献人的权益。

the state council has issued ＂ the Code for Human Organ Transplantation＂, which defines the principles of voluntariness, gratis, informed consent and principles of fairness, justice, and patency in the conduction of organ donation and transplantation. Strict implementation of those principles are beneficial for both the development of organ - transplantation - related technology, and the protection of legal rights of patients and organ donors as well.
