摘要
文章从"框架的含义,框架合理性及框架在卫生信息标准化过程中的作用"3个方面阐发了对框架的认识。框架顶层结构把卫生信息分成了"人"、"环境"、"卫生机构"和"事件"4个域(其中前3个域表示了所有静态的卫生信息);这种分类形式简洁、科学合理且易于理解。框架的形成对卫生信息标准化工作的开展以及国家卫生统计指标体系的建立发挥了指导和规范作用。
The Chinese National Health Information Framework （ CNHIF ） is a coherent structure to represent health information. It divides the health information into such 4 domains as people, environment, health system and event at the top level in a simple and meaningful way, making it very easy to understand. CNHIF plays an important role in developing national health statistical indicator system and setting up health information standards. The authors put forward their viewpoints about the definition, rationality and functions of CNHIF.
