从大学生的生活层面、文化和社会层面、家庭层面、大学生的个性心理特征层面剖析了导致大学生网络成瘾的原因,在此基础上提出营造宽松成才环境、突出素质教育和心理治疗、建立健全网络法律法规与伦理导向机制等防治大学生网络成瘾的具体对策。

This paper analyzes the causes that lead to such addiction from the perspectives of college students ＇life, cultural and social factors, family factors, and their personality psychology characteristics. It also puts forward the specific solution to prevent the college students＇internet addiction disorde r：creating the relaxed talented environment,protruding quality education and psychological care, setting up and perfecting the legal system and ethical tendency system and so on.
