云南玉溪地区不良妊娠孕妇TORCH感染分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨云南玉溪地区不良妊娠与TORCH感染的关系。方法 回顾性分析云南玉溪地区2004年至2006年74例不良妊娠孕妇及112例正常妊娠孕妇TORCH感染情况,采用酶免疫捕获法检测血清中TORCH IgM型和IgG型抗体。结果 不良妊娠孕妇TORCH感染率分别为:TOXO 23.3%、RV 3.3%、CMV 38.0%、HSVI 8.8%、HSVⅡ1.2%;正常妊娠孕妇TORCH感染率分别为:TOXO 5.2%、RV 0.9%、CMV 11.2%、HSVI 12.4%;HSVⅡ1.1%;两组相比,除HSVⅡ外其余四种病原体感染率差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05),感染率最高均为CMV,其次TOXO;两组易感率最高均为RV。结论 TORCH感染与不良妊娠存在着非常密切的关系,CMV和TOXO是云南玉溪地区TORCH感染中对妊娠影响最大的病原体,RV是本地区易感率最高的病原体。应大力提倡孕前和孕期TORCH感染的检测,以期达到优生的目的。 Objective To investigate the relationship between unhealthy pregnancy and TORCH infection in Yunnan Yuxi. Methods Seventy - four unhealthy pregnancy serums and 112 healthy pregnancy serums had been tested TORCH antibody (IgM and IgG) with ELISA. Results In unhealthy pregnancy gravitas, the TORCH infection rate were:TOXO 23.3%, RV 3.3%, CMV 38.0%, HSVI 8.8% and HSV 11 1.2% ;In healthy pregnancy gravitas, the TORCH infection rate were: TOXO 5.2%, RV 0.9%, CMV 11.2%, HSVI 12.4% and HSV 11 1.1% ;Compared with each other,the four pathogen except HSV 11 infection rate all had extremely obvious differences ( P 〈 0.05) ,the highest infection rate was CMV, then TOXO;The highest susceptible rate was RV. Conclusion TORCH infection and unhealthy pregnancy exist very intimate relationship,CMV and TOXO are the primary pathogen in Yunnan Yuxi pregnancy TORCH infection,RV is the highest susceptible rate pathogen in this area. TORCH infection tests should be advocated energetically before and in pregnancy,so as to achieve the aristogenesis.
