摘要
目的:使用功能磁共振成像(fMRI)技术,探测大脑视皮层血氧水平的功能信号。材料与方法:对5例正常志愿者激发视觉系统,使用EPI(回波-平面成像)序列进行“刺激”和“静止”两种对比条件下的T2*成像,进行t检验方法的统计分析。结果:成功地在所有志愿者的视皮层获得了fMRI信号及其相应的时间过程曲线,以充分对照的数据做出国内首批视皮层fMRI影像。结论:使用fMRI进行视皮层和其他脑组织的功能性研究现实可行,且极有发展前途。
Purpose: To investigate visual coxtex using functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) with blood oxygenation levle dependent (BOLD): Materials and methods: Five normal volunteers had T 2 weighted MRI with single shot EPI on a 1.5T magnet. The data were statistically analysed by grouped t test between MRI data acquired in experiment and control conditions. Results: Functional images were obtained from all five cases. Time course data demonstrated parallelism beteen stimulation and brain response. Conclusion: fMRI as a noninvasive modality for studing brain functions is feasible and has a promising perspective for clinical application.
