我国高速公路代建制模式探析

The study of deputy construction mechanism on expressway in China

针对高速公路建设管理模式,介绍了代建制产生的背景,给出了代建制概念的推演过程,并在此基础上阐述了这种新的建设管理模式所具有的优势。根据部分高速公路建设项目采取代建制模式的应用效果,总结了代建制模式的实施经验,并提出了有待进一步解决的问题。结合我国高速公路项目的建设流程,提出了高速公路代建制管理的实施流程和结构模式。

Aiming at the management mode of expressway construction, it introduces the background of the deputy construction mechanism. Based on that, it expatiates the superiority of the mechanism. Through the application of the deputy construction mechanism on expressway, analysis is made on the experiences, the problems and the implement procedures and frame pattern.
