黑龙江省东部陆路口岸设施建设的基本思考

近年来,黑龙江沿边口岸发展取得长足进步,口岸的繁荣带动地方贸易的迅速发展,口岸城市建设和基础设施建设也取得明显进步,黑龙江东部陆路口岸以绥芬河、东宁、密山、虎林口岸为代表。分析黑江省东部陆路口岸基础设施建设现状、存在的问题,并根据目前口岸发展面临的机遇和挑战,针对影响黑龙江省东部口岸发展建设中存在的问题,提出解决的对策,有利于改善通关环境,提高通关效率,扩大口岸吞吐量,达到增加对俄贸易的目的。

For recent years, the development of frontier ports in Heilongjiang province has made enormous progress, which is pushing the local trade forward quickly. Consequently, the constructions for port cities and infrastructures have also made rapidly progress. The Suifenhe port, Dongning port, Mishan port and Hulin port are the representatives as the land ports in the eastern Heilongjiang province. It analyzes the infrastructure constructional present state, existing problems in ports in eastern Heilongjiang province and puts forward the countermeasures against these problems, which are improving the environment, and promote the custom passing by enlarging loading and unloading capacities in port so as to increase the trade to Russia.
