The medical health services assume the moral duty and have the requirement of seeking the benefit at the condition of market economy, public interest maximization, which is the basic goal of the health care service. At the same time, there are three measures to treat the medical paradigm lost, that is to say namely, to strengthen the sense of new ethics education, to innovate the medical administration system and to enact further laws and regulations. Seeking patients＇interests even at the expense of the professionals＇own interests is not an act of altruism but professional obligation.
