Based on the status quo of current medical service, this article discusses the ethical problems arising in the process of pharmacal majors＇ dealing with various interpersonal relations in clinical practice of pharmacy. This article advocates for building up a reasonable medical professionalism and sense of responsibilities for pharmacal staff, and calls for setting up a brand - new mode of medical ethics based on the emphasis on humanistic spirits.
