当代中国宗教长期存在的原因探析

On why religion exists protractively in contemporary China

宗教的存在是一种十分复杂的社会现象。我国进入了社会主义的初级阶段以后,宗教在我国城市和广袤的农村将长期存在,其主要原因是:宗教信仰自由政策是中国共产党的一项长期的基本政策;客观的社会因素与人的主观心理因素;各大宗教教义逐渐演变,与我国社会主义初级阶段的文化相协调;传统宗教信仰的影响和宗教礼仪的保存完好。

The existence of religion is a complex social phemomenon. In China today, the intial stage of socialism, it also exists in the cities and vast countryside of our country. The following are the reasons why it can exist protractively： religious liberty policy is a long- term basic policy of Chinese Communist Party; objective social factors and subjective mental factors; the gradual change of the religious doctrine of each important religion is in harmony with socialist initial stage; the influence of traditional religious belief and the well - preserved religious etiquette.
