"行政区经济"现象是在1990年代初期由华东师大刘君德教授发现,其后刘教授及其研究团队逐步提出其概念、特征与理论框架。近年来,很多学者、为政者逐步接受并使用"行政区经济理论"分析研究我国区域经济问题,区域经济发展的现实也不断验证理论的有效性。"行政区经济"现象在越来越多的领域凸现其"生命力"。在中国现代化过程的经济社会转型时期,行政区经济现象将长期存在,其消极作用会逐步减弱而积极作用将逐步上升。

It was Professor Liu - Junde who finds the phenomena of administrative regional economy in China in the early 1990＇s. From then on more and more scholars use this theory analyzing regional economic development. And the phenomenon of administrative regional economy emergences widely in lots of fields. The article investigates thoroughly in this phenomenon and points out the two sides of its motives. At the end of this paper the author drew a conclusion that with the development of the modernization in the social transformation the administrative region economic will still existing but motives of reverse side will weaken and its positive affections will arise.
