文章介绍采用MSC.PATRAN 2006和MSC.NASTRAN 2006用于对封装红外探测器的微型杜瓦冷指结构进行力学和热学分析的方法,从而获得冷指薄壁部分壁厚的优化设计。
The method to make mechanical and heat analyse of the coldfinger in micro-Dewar for infrared detecor were inroduced. The thickness of the coldfinger was designed.
