摘要
以北京市为例,通过分析经济适用房选址欠缺合理而给广大中低收入人群的工作、生活带来极大不便。因此,基于旧城改造所面对的中低收入人群的就近安置问题,在协调旧城保护的前提下展开对旧城经济适用房模式的选择探讨,力图解决因旧城改造而产生的一系列社会问题,从而促进城市的和谐发展。
With Beijing as a case, this paper analyzes how the unreasonable site selection of affordable housing brings inconvenience to the employment and life of mid-low income group. Then aiming at the relocation of local residents near their original dwelling, it discusses the patterns of affordable housing in the old city based on the conservation of old city, in an attempt to solve the social problems resulted from the old city reconstruction and promote the harmonious development of the city.
