摘要
考察了不同共混比的氯丁橡胶(CR)/三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)共混胶料随温度变化的门尼黏度和开炼机混炼特性,并用橡胶加工分析仪研究了不同温度下CR/EPDM共混胶料的黏弹性。结果表明,在60~90℃时,胶料的门尼黏度随温度升高而降低,其中纯CR胶料的下降趋势比纯EPDM和CR/EPDM胶料更为迅速;随着EPDM并用量的增加,CR/EPDM共混胶料的门尼黏度随着温度的升高而降低的趋势减缓;当CR/EPDM为80/20、辊温在75℃以下时,共混胶料处于正常的弹性状态,有利于进行混炼薄通操作;在相同温度下,CR/EPDM共混胶料的弹性模量和弹性黏度随着EPDM并用量的增加而增大;随着EPDM并用量的增加,CR/EPDM共混胶加工性能的改善程度更明显。
Mooney viscosity and mixing properties on a two-roll mill of chloroprene rubber(CR)/ethylene-propylene-diene rubber(EPDM) blends at different blending ratio were observed when the temperature changed. The viscoelastic properties of the CR/EPDM blends at different temperature were studied by rubber processing analyzer. The results showed that the Mooney viscosity of blends decreased
with the increase of temperature from 60 ℃ to 90 ℃ and the decreasing trend of pure CR compounded rubber stock was faster than that of compounded rubber stocks of pure EPDM and CR/EPDM blends. For CR/EPDM blends, the decreasing trend of Mooney viscosity became slower with the increase of content of EPDM in the blends. The CR/EPDM blends could be kept in normal elastic state, easy to be milled up and sheeted when the blending ratio of CR/EPDM (mass ratio) was 80/20 and the rolls temperature was below 75 ℃. Moreover, when the content of EPDM increased, the elastic modulus and viscosities of CR/EPDM blends increased at the same temperature, meanwhile the processing property of CR/EPDM blends were greatly improved.
