摘要 中国汽车产业的迅速发展拉动了对汽车人才的巨大需求,依据中国汽车产业“十一五”规划和中国汽车工业历史统计数据,采用回归分析法以及结合汽车产量、生产力进步指数等因素的因果分析法对未来15年中国汽车产业职工总数、工程技术人员数以及按产品结构划分的汽车产业人才数量进行预测和分析,指出中国汽车产业必须走自主创新之路,并在汽车人才引进、培养、开发、交流等方面提出对策。 The rapid growth of China's auto industry has stimulated the great demand of human resources in this industry. According to the 11 th Five - Year Plan and the historical statistics on China' s auto industry, the total number of employees and engineers in China' s auto industry, and the scale of human resources classified by product structure are forecast and analyzed in this paper for the coming 15 years by means of regression analysis, and by causal analysis which takes into account the factors including the output of autos and the index of productivity progress, etc.. It is pointed out in this paper that China's auto industry has to develop in an independent and innovative way, and some countermeasures are proposed on the introduction, training, development and interchange of the human resources in this industry.
