摘要
建设资源节约型社会是我国"十一五"时期的七项重要任务之一,本文从建立资源节约型社会的内涵出发,按照指标体系的构建原则,建立了四层次多指标的资源节约型社会综合评价指标体系,利用层次分析法确定各目标层相关因素的权重,综合评价我国及各地区的资源节约状况。
Construction of resource- conserving society is one of the seven important missions in China＇ s ＂the Eleventh Five - Year＂ plan. Starting with the connotation of the construction of resource - conserving society and following the construction principle of index system, this paper establishes a synthetic evaluation system of four strata and multi - indexes for resource - conserving society construction, and by adoption of stratified way of analysis, fixes the weight of the relevant factors of every target stratum. This is of important referential value for the evaluation of China＇ s and its different regions＇ status in resource conservation.
