优化外商投资企业管理,需要中外投资者和管理者精诚合作,以企业的整体利益为重,正确处理由于双方社会制度、传统文化、思想方法、工作方式、生活习惯等不同所带来的矛盾和各种复杂的关系,把企业引上科学管理的轨道。尽管我国兴办外商投资企业时间不长,但两万多家外商投资企业管理的实践已经提供了丰富的可资借鉴的经验和值得进一步探讨的课题。

With the existing different social system, tradition, way of thinking and working, as well as living habit between the two sides, contradictions will inevitably emerge in enterprise operated and managed by both Chinese and foreign managers. To solvo these contradictions the author advises to handle ten relations correctly.
