钝性肾损伤的临床与CT诊断分析

Analysis of Clinic and CT Diagnosis of Blunt Kidney Injury

目的:探讨钝性肾损伤的CT诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析40例钝性肾损伤的临床与CT检查资料。结果:钝性肾损伤可根据临床与CT表现分为轻型、中型及重型三型。40例中轻型肾损伤24例,中型肾损伤10例,重型肾损伤6例。轻型及多数中型钝性肾损伤可经临床保守治疗治愈,少数中型肾损伤及全部重型肾损伤需外科手术治疗。结论:CT对钝性肾损伤的诊断分型及指导临床治疗具有重要意义。

Objective To study the CT diagnostic value of blunt kidney injury. Methods The CT examination data of 40 patients with blunt kidney injury were reviewed retrospectively, Results Blunt kidney injury can be classified into 3 types： slight injury, moderate injury and severe injury. Among the 40 patients,24 cases were slight injury, 10 cases were moderate injury, 6 cases were severe injury, All slight kidney injury and most moderate kidney injury can be cured by medical treatment, a few moderate kidney and all severe kidney injury only can be cured by surgical operation treatment. Conclusion CT are of important value in the diagnosis of blunt kidney injury. CT examination is helpful for the clinic treatment.
