摘要
目的研究亚低温治疗对严重创伤失血性休克后大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法(1)采用大鼠创伤失血性休克模型,50只SD大鼠随机分为5组,分设正常对照组、亚低温治疗组、正常体温治疗组,检测(6、24h)血浆中T淋巴细胞亚群(CD4+、CD8+);(2)采用体外实验,分离各组大鼠脾淋巴细胞体外培养,观察ConA刺激的脾淋巴细胞分泌IL-2、TNF-α的变化。结果与正常体温治疗组相比,亚低温组的T淋巴细胞亚群(CD4+、CD8+)I、L-2、TNF-α等指标更趋于正常,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论亚低温治疗对严重创伤失血性休克后大鼠细胞免疫功能有一定的保护作用。
Objective To investigate the influence of therapic mild hypothermia on immune function of rats with hemorrhagic shock induced by severe injury. Methods (1)Using the trauma and hemorrhagic shock model, fifty SD rats were randomly divided into five groups: normal control group, mild hypothermia therapeutics group(6h,24h) and normal body temperature therapeutics (BT) group(6h,24h). We detected the expression change of the subsets of T lymphocyte (CD4^+ ,CD8^+ )in plasma. (2)Splenic lymphocyte cells were isolated and cultured. We observed the expression change of IL-2 and TNF-α secreted from the ConA-induced splenic lymphocyte cell. ResuIts Compared with that in normal BT group, CD4^+ , CD8^+ , IL-2 and TNF-α in hypothermic group trended more normally and had notable variance(P〈0.01). Conclusion Mild hypothermia therapeutics may protect the cell immune function of rats with hemorrhagic shock induced by severe injury.
