养血清脑颗粒治疗老年性痴呆60例临床观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨养血清脑颗粒对老年性痴呆患者认知能力的改善作用。方法收集老年性痴呆患者120例,随机分为治疗组60例与对照组60例,治疗组采用养血清脑颗粒,对照组临床上不使用活血化瘀类等中成药,不使用安理申等防止痴呆药物,不服用养血清脑颗粒。两组患者分别在治疗前、治疗3、6个月后进行MMSE评分、ADL评分的测评。结果治疗组患者治疗后认知能力均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论养血清脑颗粒对老年性痴呆患者认知能力有显著改善作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of yangxueqingnao granule (YXQNG) in treating old patients with dementia on cognitive. Methods 120 old patients with dementia were randomly divided into the treated group treated with YXQNG and the contral group treated without any medcine or herb to prevent dementia. MMSE Scale and ADL Scale of 2 groups were assessed and compared before treatment and 3 months, 6 months after treatment. Results The cognitive abilities were improved markedly in the experimental group (P〈0.05). Conclusion YXQNG can markedly ameliorate the cognitive abilities in old patients with dementia.
