摘要
构建社会主义和谐社会是我党在十六届四中全会提出的执政目标。社会主义和谐社会应该是民主法治、公平正义、诚信友爱、充满活力、安定有序、人与自然和谐相处的社会。社会主义和谐社会首先应当是民主法治的社会,其中民主是社会主义和谐社会的重要基础,法治是社会主义和谐社会的基本保障。为推进社会主义和谐社会建设,应当高度重视和充分发挥民主法治在构建和谐社会中的作用。
Constructing harmonious society is political aim, which is lodged at Sixteenth on Fourth Communist Plenary Meeting. Socialistic harmonious society means democratic legal system, justice, honesty, energy, stability, and harmony of human and nature. Socialistic harmonious society should be legal society, and democracy is the important foundation, rule by law is the basic guarantee. In order to boost the Construction of socialistic harmonious society, we should highly regard and exert the function of democracy legal law in constructing socialistic harmonious society.
