摘要
采用二维光弹性实验研究肱骨髁上部的力学性能。结果显示:旋后位使髁上内侧产生压应力,髁上外侧产生拉应力;中立位和旋前位使髁上内侧产生拉应力,髁上外侧产生压应力。表明实验与临床相符,为临床合理固定肱骨踝上骨折提供了理论依据。
Te mechanics in the supracondylar part of humerus has been studied with the experiment of two dimensional photoelasticity.The result showes that,in the supinator position,the pressing stress is produced in medial part and the pulling stress is produced in lateral part.While in neutral and pronator position,the pulling stress is in medial part and the pressing stress is in lateral part.It indicates that the result of experiment comforms to the clinical practice,and furnishes the theoretical evidence of the rational fixation for supracondylar fracture of humerus.
